Tasting Notes Appropriately named both for it bountiful bouquet of fruit, as well as where the grapes are grown, this full bodied Zinfandel has plenty of ripe black cherry, raspberry and spice and is framed by soft tannins and balanced acidity. Zinfandel isn't known as America's most decadent red for nothing.
Cuisine Notes This wine pairs well with pork roast, BBQ ribs & chicken & tri-tip. It also is nice with blue veined cheeses and chocolate.
