Returns policy
The Wine Closet guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at sales@wineclosetinc.com.
Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyers risk.
Credit card refunds
The Wine Closet processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. |
